Van Stade van der Ende Incorporated is a small firm

Derek Van Stade
(BCom – Law, LLB)

Derek van Stade obtained his BCom -Law degree in 1998 and his LLB degree in 2000.

He was admitted in 2002 and after working as a professional assistant for 4 years decided to open his own practice. Initially as Van Stade Attorneys in 2006 and from 2007 when his sister Cinette van der Ende joined as VAN STADE VAN DER ENDE INCORPORATED

Derek heads the civil litigation, collections and correspondent services. He has a passion for divorce litigation and, due to his strong administrative background, enjoys rendering a service to other attorneys from around South Africa as their local correspondent in the Pretoria High Court and Magistrate’s court where he has become well known for his effective and cost-efficient service.

His hobbies include golf and spending time with his family

Derek van Stade is an admitted attorney with right of appearance in the High Court.

LEANDRI TROLLIP

Leandri graduated in 2011 from the University of Pretoria and obtained her LLB degree (Cum Laude), she simultaneously completed her articles and attended law school in 2012.

She was admitted as Attorney early 2013 and has right of appearance in the High Court. Leandri swiftly started her law career as a young lawyer and joined Van Stade Van Der Ende Incorporated during 2016 as professional assistant to Derek Van Stade. She believes in hard, good quality work, enjoys the problem-solving aspect that is expected in each specialised area of the law and the day to day challenges it holds. She is familiar with Magistrate’s Court, Regional Court and High Court practice, with general civil litigation experience. When Leandri finds time to take a break from being a dynamic, goal orientated lawyer, she enjoys scuba diving and exploring the “off the beaten track” locations of our beautiful country.

Cinette van der Ende
(LLB)

Cinette van der Ende obtained her LLB Law degree at the University of Pretoria in 2000.

She was admitted as an Attorney and Conveyancer in February 2002. She worked full time as a professional assistant for 3 years and then decided to join her brother, Derek van Stade, who was the owner of Van Stade Attorneys at that time. When Cinette joined Derek, VAN STADE VAN DER ENDE INCORPORATED was formed.

Cinette is the head of the Conveyancing department. She has an effective, hands-on approach and has become well known for her personal touch is every matter. Cinette’s hobbies include running, biking and spending time with her family. In 2019 Cinette completed her 6th Comrades marathon
