Our Debt Collection Department is well known for their success rate in the recovery of all types of debt, we undertake all aspects of corporate and individual recovery. For the past three years we started specializing in the collection of professional fees on behalf of actuaries and other professionals rendering a service to Attorneys in the form of your actuarial calculation or medico-legal report and our method proved very successful to date.

We understand that it is important for our clients to collect their bad debt as expediently and cost effectively as possible. This is a challenge, bearing in mind that we need to engage colleagues of ours and demand payment from them.

Our Attorneys, with a combined 18 years of experience, handle all matters in a professional manner and is supported by our competent and well-trained support staff.

We keep up to date with ever changing legislation and case law and therefore our extensive knowledge and experience makes it possible for us to collect any debt no matter the extent thereof.

By being assertive yet professional and courteous with all debtors and managing the collection process in an innovative way our collection department experience great results on behalf of our clients with the highest standard of ethical and professional conduct.

We operate across all sectors and appropriate forums to ensure both maximum recovery ratios and full legal compliance. For matters outside of our jurisdiction, we make use of correspondent attorneys to assist with the process within their jurisdiction.

We pride ourselves on regular reporting on the status of each ongoing matter and our accounting to clients are impeccable.

We also have various options available with regards to our fee structure, including a very popular “success based” fee structure where we do not charge any fees save for disbursements. Any disbursements will however be quoted on and be approved by our client before incurrence.
