BACKGROUND

Every firm litigating in another province or in another court, whether it be a higher or lower division, experiences the slight nuances that come with dealing with the practice directives and the soft practices adopted by the staff and judiciary of that Court. Practice Directives is something that one can download and study, but there is something unique about putting those directives in practice at Court.

EXPERTISE

Our compliment of Attorneys have been practicing at the North-Gauteng High Court and the Pretoria Magistrate’s Court since 2004, having specialized knowledge of the Court processes utilized in the execution of the practice directives. Our firm further has at least one Attorney attending Court daily, not merely relying on messengers or other administrative staff to set down opposed motions, apply for trial dates, reserving dates on the unopposed motion roll, lodging default judgments and indexing and pagination of trial bundles. We also have a firm contact base pertaining to Junior and Senior Counsel to suit and cater for every appearance, also being able to appear ourselves.
